* Work efficiently and productively to high standards
* Use correct trade practices and methods
* Allow you to give approval of preparation prior to painting
* Provide you with advice regarding the types of paint and finishes
* Be prepared to make suggestions and give options if requested
* Advise you of any faulty surfaces that may requite maintenance
* Inform you of our standard hours and confirm any variation
* Discuss progress on a regular basis
* Discuss security where windows and doors may be left open
* Lubricate window and door hinges with CRC
* Take care of your plants, paths and decks
* Discuss with you any required trimming of trees and plants
* Take care not to mark or damage concrete, paving, brick work, decks
* Do our best to prevent dust, grit, grass etc from blowing onto paint
* Discuss matters that may cause you temporary inconvenience
* Take care of the inside of your home by using covers
* Fix or remove curtains to prevent paint splatter and damage
* Minimise dust and debris entering through open doors and windows
* Enter your home in clean footwear or with footwear removed
* Ensure all painted areas are watertight and serious gaps are filled
* Remove and clean all fittings and door handles
* Polish all newly painted windows so they are free of paint splatter
* Sweep up or vacuum at the end of each day if necessary
* Remove all waste from job site on or before completion
* Leave behind leftover paint
* Put right any faulty workmanship
* Monitor paint performance with your approval
* Leave scaffolding coach bolts if requested
* Call back within 30 days of completion to ensure everything is OK
* Exceed our promises because we want you to use us again
